  I truly appreciate the outstanding care and professionalism of Manager Liliana. She immediately reached out when learning our DoorDash order had not been delivered despite being picked up from the restaurant over an hour ago. Our steak and chicken were cold and no longer tender though they looked like they would have been absolutely perfect if received soon after being prepared. Our Boomerang Mozzarella sticks were no longer fresh, and my ice cream and whip cream for my Chocolate Thunder from Down Under completely melted. Liliana displayed her and the Outback Steakhouse on East Blvd's commitment to providing outstanding service. Though it was not their fault the order was so late, she owned it and apologized. Top Tier Serivce and Respect. Because of her, and the care that went into correctly and deliciously preparing our dinner, I highly recommend Outback Steakhouse on East Blvd. Good day and Good eating, Mates!

  Did take out almost a half hour before close and the servers who helped me were so extremely sweet and friendly. I asked for a blue rare steak (Im always scared it'll be over cooked) and when I tell you they've NEVER disappointed. The steak was "cooked" absolutely perfect, the potato was delicious, and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE order the broccoli it was so friggen delicious and i need more people to try it.

  Went to celebrate my daughter's new job and had the pleasure of being waited on by Troy. He was polite, attentive and very professional. The food was delicious and hot and Troy was right there to make sure we were happy. I hope the next time I visit, he's there😊

  Went to dinner at Outback tonight and I’m honestly shocked. The place was nearly empty—maybe three or four tables occupied. Yet instead of waiting on customers, the entire staff was in the middle of a loud “team meeting” right there in the dining area during dinner hours, shouting “Aussie!” at the top of their lungs for a good ten minutes. We sat there for at least 15 minutes with not a single person acknowledging us. No greeting, no “we’ll be right with you”—nothing. When the meeting finally ended, the staff just hung around the bar laughing and chatting with each other while we, the paying customers, were left sitting there like fools waiting for someone to acknowledge us. After being completely ignored from the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out, we finally left without ever being greeted or waitied on. Absolutely unacceptable. These chains wonder why they are all going under and no one visits them anymore. This is why. Pictures of the staff standing around after 20 mins of sitting there

  Came for Sunday lunch and it was only us and one other family in the restaurant. Well my mom and grandmothers salads came but we had to repeatedly ask for my food as well as my kids. Seems like they forgot and they didn't even acknowledge or apologize. When my steak finally arrived it was under cooked and I didn't dare ask for them to correct it because who knows how long that would take. Seems like a bunch of kids running the place that don't care to work, standing around and can't serve two tables.
