My server never checked in on me after my meal was brought out. Not once. I needed a few things that I never got because not one person came over until they noticed I was done eating. No drink refill, no ranch that I asked for, I needed more ketchup but never got it. Luckily I am married and have a great family but if I was a veteran who was actually a bit sad or depressed and I was looking for a nice experience this would 1 billion% not be the place to go to look for that! I actually couldn't wait to leave almost as much as it seemed they couldn't wait for me to. I hope they don't make other Veteran's feel the way I felt tonight. I totally understand why outback isn't doing very good. based off of this visit I can see why. Btw, outback please don't respond because you had your chance and I do not want to discuss this any further.

The waitress did the best she could considering she was tending to quite a few tables. Took a while to get her attention. Don't think I'll be going back to this location again.

Just to clarify I’m a dine rewards member (not needed for the promo) and we ordered three adult entrees along with two kids meals. The server we had was fine until another party was seated nearby. Food and beverages were just ok, will not return to the location.
