  We visited a different Outback previously and had a small hiccup there. The manager at that location treated us for the “inconvenience” after we shared our experience, which they were already aware of, but we decided to come to this one instead to redeem the experience after the inconvenience. Cass, the hostess, greeted us with such a friendly and warm welcome that it immediately set the tone. Ashley, the manager here, also greeted us with genuine warmth (she was aware of the situation and in communication with the other manager), and Holly, our server, took great care of us from start to finish. The food was a standout and came out in a timely manner, which we really appreciated. The new Alice Chicken Quesadillas were flavorful and well‑made, and the Down Under Delmonico Ribeye was cooked to absolute perfection—tender, juicy, and exactly what you want in a steak. 100% recommend. This location truly turned our Outback experience around. Nothing felt rushed or off—just great service, great food, and great people. To Cass, Ashley, Holly, and the manager from the other location : thank you for turning our experience around with your communication, and exceptional service.

  The delivery driver left without all the food. I called and they remade the forgotten meal so it was fresh and threw in a dessert for the inconvenience for me to pick up. Very friendly and accommodating!

  Second time at this location . I ordered the grilled shrimp and rice the first time. It was ok, not like other locations. This time I drink Half my drink just to see food stuck in the inside of the cup. Manager never came out. Don’t not recommend. Host had wonderful service.

  We were greeted at the by the host CORA who opened both doors so that we may enter. She immediately sat us down asking which booth we preferred. She then kindly said Quan your waiter will be with in a moment. Quan was the most nicest waiter I've ever had. He was very attentive and warm welcoming. I thought he was the manager. I stop the assistant manager in training Ashley to ask for some extra things and she was was equally nice. Everyone was a pleasure and made our stay a very GREAT one. We were so happy thanking everyone for such great service. They ALL deserve acknowledgement n raises.. We also noticed that everyone was working TOGETHER!! Way to go in picking great staff members. We will def be back if not for food but just the wonderful service.. There is ao much I could say about our whole experience. I food came out exactly like we ordered. We left out of there feeling very special and we'll treated. We will def go back and happily spend our money at this location.. Signed, happy customers 😀

  So I have not written a review in awhile. Unfortunately I had to. We just decided to treat ourselves after a difficult work week that was money definitely well earned. My mate and I ordered a full rack of ribs that had 2 sides. I picked asparagus and the smokehouse mac and cheese. Aussie loaded fries and the shrimp on the barbie all ro go. The service was great especially with the new young lady and her mentor training her. Now the food being over $70 "under the name Terry" was a different story. Unfortunately the fries,ribs and Mac and cheese were heavily salted and peppered. Now pepper is way easier to forgive than the high salt content. The brown bread and butter was good as well as the asparagus but not over $70 good. We had dined in about a few weeks earlier and it was delicious. Don't be fooled by the pictures that's just to show proof of the purchase but, our two kids actually ate the fries and some other stuff under the advisory to drink plenty of water. Maybe a rough service because it was Friday (6pm) but Truly disappointed.
