I only drink Coke Zero, but the careless server gave me a to-go cup of regular Coke that spiked my blood sugar like crazy. Thanks but no thanks! In addition. I was there for lunch but was charged for dinner price, $3 more! The people are nice here, but the quality of service is not.

Veterans Day is one of the most busiest day of the year for resturants but this does not mean customers should recieve very poor service. The male waiter/bartender provided terrible service to his bar customers. He never spoke or initiated conversation after taking customers orders. This includes not checking to see drink refills were needed for anyone, checking to see if the food is to customer satisfaction, or asking customers if they needed anything else. He had enough time to laugh with his coworker though. On the topic of drinks, customers needed to flag him down to ask a various times for drink refills but still they did not recieve them. Sadly, customers waited for 20 minutes or more for straws before asking another waitresses or waiters for them. This also includes needing to flag them down for to go boxes. Luckily the manager, Ashley, had stepped in. She was attentive with everyone behind the bar. Making sure everyone got their refills and food, correcting wrong orders, initiated small conversation to calm down frustrated customers who were waiting over 45 minutes for a simple house salad or glass of water.

I wanted to take my veteran wife and her military female friend to Outback for Veterans Day because it’s her favorite restaurant. Instead we left after waiting 30 minutes for a table then another 30 minutes to not even be asked if we wanted a water. Every waiter/waitress walked in our area assisting our waitress but not a single one thought to ask if we needed drinks seeing how our waitress already had multiple complaints on her since we’d been there. Absolutely ridiculous to not only my wife but our 4 year old daughter and my wife’s female veteran friend.

Don't recommend visiting Outback on Veterans Day. A few servers on staff, crowds at the door, disorganized kitchen staff, long wait time for drinks, food, etc. The restaurant advertise Veterans Day specials, but management obviously unprepared to fulfill obligations.

Take away order was ready when promised and delivered promptly, with a smile and friendly greeting. Very much appreciated! By the way, I ordered a ribeye but that was not an option listed below in the steaks. Only the center-cut sirloin was available as a “recommended” dish.
