  2nd time here, 2nd time leaving less than impressed. 1st no cold sandwich available, no big deal, got a hot sandwich and it was good. 2nd time came in ordered and what I wanted once again was un available with no explanation. Im sure this place is fine, I would truly know because both times have been unfortunately difficult. Ill go to different deli.

  Front counter was not listening. Put all the bagels in one bag. The everything bagels ruined the ones on bottom. Every bagel place separates. He wouldn’t listen and acted deaf. I also wanted cake but the girl was too busy on her phone and talking to the deaf guy. Maybe try again. Bagels aren’t anything special.

  This is hands-down the most authentic NY bagel you will find in Charlotte. I’m a loyal regular who usually orders online before 8 AM just to guarantee my weekend brunch fix, but today’s experience took my fandom to a new level. We stopped by late in the afternoon on a whim, and even though they had sold out before noon, the staff went above and beyond. They managed to find a mixed bag of the day’s remaining bagels and gave them to us for free! When I tried to at least pay for a few tubs of cream cheese (the Cinnamon Raisin is out of this world), they insisted on giving those to us as well. We couldn’t even make it out of the parking lot before digging in! Even hours after being baked, they were still fresh and fabulous. Amazing food, but even better people. Worth the wait every single time!

  I was confused how this place wasn’t 5 stars based on the food but now I know why. I had a mobile order today that was mostly incorrect. One item was correct. But 3 of the bagels I ordered were not and a couple plain bagels were thrown in there instead. I also had to wait in the normal ordering line even though I had a mobile order and it took forever, as each order is put together right then. No one was checking mobile orders and there’s no sign or spot for mobile order pickup. It just makes it confusing for everyone and more of a wait. May as well not have mobile ordering at all. I’ll be calling to get refunded for my incorrect order but just wanted to share my experience.

  The food I must say was good ! Being from NY the bagels were delicious but let’s talk about the overall experience….. the me could feel a little tension when walking in you could tell they was definitely something going on … the young lady who helped me was pleasant and was doing a great job at multitasking … I ordered and everything bagel with bacon , sausage, rag and cheese … mind you she asked me “ do you want bacon and sausage? I replied “yea he does “ referring to how my husband likes his breakfast sandwiches … oh I forgot to mention that I purchased two additional bagels to go because those bagels can’t be toasted on the weekend like the others because the kitchen is busy …. ANYWAY … my order is handed to me and I’m home in 5 min …. Only for my sandwich to be missing the bacon that I requested …. Here’s my take on this … as one business owner to the next …. Slow down …. You guys are working hard but getting the orders correct are more important than rushing ….. also pause to appreciate your staff as I mentioned you could feel and hear the tension …. This was my first time there social media says great things about This place and they weren’t wrong just to overlook the things that ultimately make you successful!!
