This time got a half dozen bagels and tried the pizzas for the first time. Satisfied is an understatement. Got the 18” pie 1/2 pepperoni and the Sicilian pie, delicious. Excited to come back and try the grandma pie, and garlic knots… just wish I lived closer!

I wish the app showed more pizza options though.

We came in because we’ve been looking for the best bagel place in the Charlotte area and had a not-so-good bagel elsewhere this morning… but ended up getting there at lunchtime so we tried the pizza because we’ve been looking for the best NY pie in the area as well… we LOVED it! Thank you! Now we know your bagels will be good too! The line being out the door the few times we went in speaks volumes too! We WILL be back! The staff was all kind and helpful as well! We were surprised to not have a dining area to sit in but for the quality of the food you serve, we don’t care ha! See you soon!

The prices have always been higher than other places for a basic bacon, egg, and cheese bagel with home fries, but I didn’t mind paying more because the atmosphere was welcoming and the food was worth it. Unfortunately, today was the final straw. The staff seemed uninterested and unwelcoming, as if they didn’t want to be there. There was no warmth at all. The food was even more disappointing. My bacon, egg, and cheese bagel had two pieces of bacon—just two—and the home fries were so salty they were almost inedible. For $14.39, I felt completely ripped off. My taste buds were disappointed, and so was my experience. I will not be spending another dime here or recommending this place to anyone. If the owner is reading this: you need a staff that cares and a cook who takes pride in the food. Right now, it feels like customers are being overcharged for a declining experience, and that’s a fast way to earn a bad reputation.
