The picture they show online is totally different than what i received. It was a soggy hashbrown patty. It was under the eggs. At first I thought they forgot them. I called to ask about it. I got hung up on the first, called back. I did get a very understanding person. While i was talking to her i discovered the soggy potato patty. Beyond disappointing.1st picture is website hashbrowns,2nd actual hashbrowns . The bacon was also paper-thin.

Asked for it to be toasted - was not toasted. So apparently you have to go into the store and WATCH them make your bagel to get it right. Such a terrible experience.

- AZAsh ZOct 31, 20252.0I hate to this leave review but maybe things will be corrected in the future. My coworker orders from here all the time. Talks very highly of them. So I gave them a try. This past week ordered 3x each order was incorrect!! On top my delivery person left my food on floor at the door of my office. Never opened the suites door. I put the directions and modifications on my order on the site. Each order this was made incorrect. Sheesh. I called in to complain. A lady said I would get a refund on the Tuesdays order and I never got it. They still took my money. Im sooo upset at this place. Uncalled for, every time my coworker orders it's perfect. Idk what there issue is when I place a order but they better get it together!!
