Out of multiple items and had to wait for five mins in line while the cashier's talked about the local gossip with their friends. Then proceeded to act like I had interrupted their gossip session by placing an order... still standing in line ten mins later to receive my food.

I came back because I would think maybe it was a just a one time thing, but boy was I wrong. For a fast food place, it takes for freaking ever to get your food. Just today I had plenty of time before I had to be somewhere, so I thought I would stop. I had a small order, but when I got to the window they made me wait in a parking space until I eventually came inside to wait. When they finally gave us our order, there was extra food and my drink was wrong. It also made me late when I should've been early.
