McDonald's, this is my last complaint, ever.
Your customer feedback was limited to 1200 characters. That did not give me enough characters to describe exactly how much I dislike what your company has become, so here is my entire complaint.
What could you have done better?
You could have given me my correct order tonight.
I did not receive the triple cheeseburger I ordered.
I received a double quarter pounder with cheese instead but I cannot eat the sesame seed bun on a QP.
I did not receive any honey mustard sauce.
I did not receive straws for our drinks.
The temperature of all the food when I picked it up was just slightly warm and it cooled very quickly.
The fries were not warm, they were not crispy, they were room temperature and limp.
This will be my last order placed at any McDonald's.
I have refrained from purchasing food from any McDonald's in 2025 because my order is always incorrect, regardless of the method I use to place my order.
I placed an order this evening as a very special surprise treat for my 2 teenagers, 1 of whom is sick. In doing so, I was giving your company a last chance to do things right and to earn my future business by placing my order via your app.
Your company blew their chance.
My order was wrong.
I will never order from your company again.
I will not purchase your food for my future grandchildren.
I will not purchase any of your company's products for my nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, in-laws, friends or coworkers.
I will make sure any fast food purchases made in my vehicle will be your closest fast food competitor.
I will convince every child I come in contact with in my future that McDonald's is the worst value and they should never ever buy from your company.
My children will tell their friends that your company is not a good value. I do not have to tell them to do this, your company is NOT a good value to them because you have not treated them well.
I do not want coupons for free McDonald's food.
I do not want a call nor an email.
I DO want to tell you that your company is AWFUL now and if you keep treating customers the way you do, I hope you lose them all.
I know of many other people who are giving up on McDonald's.
People are getting fed up and not by eating your food, they're fed up with your companys shotty practices.
Goodbye McDonald's.

Ordered chicken nuggets, a crispy chicken sandwich, and fries. Was told to park then waited 30 minutes. Had to go in and check on my order and was told somebody else took it. Will not spend anymore money there.

99% of the time I frequent this McDonalds I go inside to order, and the staff has always been polite and efficient. I appreciate the work that they do and they have always gotten my order correct. :)

I think instead of them standing around cussing while customers are waiting on the food they should focus on getting orders right, came through the drive to get a quarter pounder which is supposed to be fresh to order meaning should be so hot I can’t bite the sandwich, but no got the sandwich in the center it was cold and lukewarm for the rest called the store 3 times no answer then my large fries was undone , then I take it back they fix it supposedly get to the car the bun cold the cheese cold an I had double tops for the bun meaning I had no bottom bun, then the sandwich was plan there make was regular so wrong again the manager was understanding but mid way me telling her the issue the first time she cut me off saying it’s okay I’ll remake it which is cool but it was still wrong , this is not the first time I came and they was standing around cussing loud and my order was wrong , I don’t mind the talking but maybe put more energy into making my order right vs talking about things that shouldn’t be talked about at work

everytime i come up there they always make my food wrong , i simply ask for only pickle on my burger and they cant even do that and i kid you not its everytime. i wont be eating at this location again , obviously the workers dont take their job seriously either with the attitudes when i ask for ketchup that they were supposed to give me with the meal i ordered.
