I ordered through the app and picked up in drive-thru. Also asked for no onions, and there were onions (which normally i just deal with and pick off when it happens but Im a little irritated) and extra pickles and there were 2. I put in feedback on the website, so we will see how this goes. Side note- the staff is always pleasant when I go to this store.

I did not ask for a refund they could have given me a regular Big Mac meal which is what I asked for and I would have been ok with them not refunding me $2 . The girl at the window was loud , rude and her logic made absolutely no sense . Because you don’t have a box and a socks I can’t have my food! I had to figure out how to cancel and make a new order at a different location who had no problem giving me a Big Mac meal without the grinch items. This location always has something going on . Oooo and how I have to wait 1-7 days to get my money back! Great
