    I'm basing my overall rating on the interactions I've had with who I'm assuming is the manager during the morning shift. She doesn't wear a name tag but is an older AA woman. I never have pleasant interactions with her even when they screw up my food she acts like something is wrong with me for wanting the food I paid for to be what I ordered & accurate. Today, was no different. I generally try not to interact with her but had little choice. She always seems to have a nasty condescending attitude no matter how pleasant one is which I always am. Actually, being friendly seems to make her attitude worse as she won't respond back when I greet her. Also, I never know if I should just start ordering as she stands there & just looks at me like I'm a bother rather than asking what I would like. Say something to let me know she's ready to take my order. I will say we all have things going on in our day-to-day lives but I would hope I don't take it out on my coworkers or people I come across throughout my day. I won't assume she hates her job because 1) McD's pays very well compared to many customer service jobs. I'd work there so I certainly am not someone who thinks it's a lowly position. 2) Seemingly everyone else at this location is pretty pleasant & professional although the food quality has gone down over the past 2 yrs. It used to be one of the best locations where the service was fairly quick, the food quality was consistent & hot but not so much now. They're slow and the food is hit or miss. However, it always appears clean & tidy with no craziness i.e, loud obnoxious customers but I never eat in. My advice to her is retire and/or find something she enjoys doing on the side & make money doing it until she can retire because this isn't working for her. Many of us who go in & treat service workers with kindness & respect deserve to be treated with kindness & respect in return.

    Gotta be the worst Mcdonald’s in a 20 mile radius as far as service. In particular had a manager with maybe the rudest approach to customer service? Ordered a happy meal and a chicken sandwich, asked for bbq sauce, and he flat out said no… I said what? He said I’m not allowed sauces. Then clarified I need to pay. Fine. I offer to pay (25 cents? the credit card fees alone negate any actual profit margin on that…) and he just walks back to the back. Had to wait for another employee who simply handed them to me after i waited another 5 minutes with not a single employee present at front of house.

    I purchased a rewards meal using the app this afternoon. My pay card is linked to the app. The cashier was asking me for money to pay and I was trying to explain that normally the money is debited once I present the code. She was overly rude and wasn’t listening to what I was saying. Finally, after several attempts of explaining, she stated the purchase was complete without me having to provide my pay card. She didn’t apologize or anything for her mistake. I will visit another location in the future. Times are challenging and I pay for a meal expecting decent customer service. Don’t take my money with a terrible attitude.

    I'm dashing, come in and wait on my food to be put in the "online pick" area. Customers waiting and the crew only handling the drive thru orders. I finally flagged someone down point at orders already prepped but placed behind the counter. Amd I ask. Is that order for Blank. And of course it is. So lets refuse to help the customers standing there waiting and on top lets keep the food behind the counter and let it get cold while I wait. Horrible customer service.

    I order my meal from this location specifically to receive monopoly pieces which does not end until. November 2nd. When I received my order, there were no monopoly pieces. I called the location numerous times and did not get an answer. I then had to leave work to go to the location to see what happened. When I arrived manager Dorene stated the game was over. I explained it says until November 2nd and that we specifically ordered our meals for this purpose. I asked for a refund for my order because we were falsely advertised. Dorene would not process a refund stating the bag was opened. We had to open the bag to see the food so it had to be opened. None of the food was touched and was cold due to the inconvenience . Dorene still would not do anything in regards to this situation. I am very disappointed as not only did I have to inconvenience my job , I now cannot even enjoy a fresh meal. This is ridiculous and will be reaching out to corporate.. I hope this issue gets resolved.
