I’m writing this as I had an order that was placed through the mobile app and the store was closed. I reached out to corporate about the charges which ended up being refunded. However, the manager of this location went out of her way to email me and send an offer for the inconvenience. I really appreciated the extra effort from her, which I haven’t gotten from other places and I wanted to recognize her. Thank you Shanta!
