I've ordered from here 3 times over 5 months. 3 crispy chicken biscuit meals. 2 times i got a mcchicken biscuit and 3 third time i got a mcgriddle 😭. There is a 0% chance they get your order right apparently. Will stop going completely.

I came on 10.23.25 at 4am. I sat in drive thru for a for minutes with no response. I called the store. No answer. I drove to the window and the lady is on FaceTime in a heated argument. I knocked, she didn’t come. I called two more times, no answer. Finally a different lady came to the window and said “um our system is shut down for the next 45 minutes- go to another one”.

Apparently, the lady working at the drive thru was new. First she wasn't able to take my order through the menu and she asked me to pull around to the window. When I got to the window she asked me if my name was someone else's and I explained to her that I was the one that was asked to pull around to the window by the lady who took my order. She then proceeded to say that she was the lady in a snarky way. My order was $5.56. I only had a 10 and 5 ones and I wanted to get change back from the 10 so I gave her $10.56. she then get me back a receipt with no change I explained to her that I have given her a 10 and she stated that I had given her a five I knew I had given her a 10 because I didn't have a 5:00 I just had five ones and the 10-dollar bill on me. I asked for the manager and at that point she told e| she was a new staff member. What's the manager got there I told her the situation and told her that the employees should be trained to put the money to the side until they give the change back do they know exactly what they were giving she evidently thought I gave her the exact change for the order because I gave her a change with the order. I have the manager to pull the drawer and count it and she came back and said that the employee was exactly $1 over and that I gave her a five-dollar bill at this point I was upset and that this employee and another employee were standing there laughing and carrying on about the situation behind the window once they wrote last I could hear them they shut the window all the way until the manager returned. I told the manager it didn't make sense that she was a dollar over exactly the other employee proceeded to tell me that some of the customers tell them to keep the change I told them it seemed awful funny that it came out to exactly $1 if customers were telling them to keep the change. I asked the manager to look at the camera over the register to see exactly what I handed her and she told me she had no access to that camera only the manager over the store. I asked for that manager's name and telephone number and was told by the manager on duty to write it down call my I explained to her that I did not have a pen and asked if she could write it down for me at which time the new employee told me to type it in my phone if I wanted the number and she was very snarky like the first time with her answer to me. The manager did finally write down Ashley's name as being the manager and a phone number. After the tone of their voices and basically being called a liar and ask for my money back the manager then told me since she closed out the register to count it that she couldn't give me my money back. at that point I said just give me the $5.56 back and before I could finish my sentence the new employee again very snarky said see there you go you just said you gave me $5.56. I told her she didn't let me finish that I was going to take the five dollars and $0.56 back that she said I gave her and come back tomorrow for the other $5. I got there at 9:40 p.m. and it was 9:56 by the time I got to the next window. When I got to the next window another employee handed my food to me and I happen to check it and the food was ice cold, after everything I've already been through I asked her to please give me some hot food that employees told me to pull around to the front I said no ma'am I've been here since 9:40 pulling around to the front and waiting another 20 minutes that employee then told me smartly that the cook had went to the bathroom. Once I finally got my food and pulled around to the front I stopped to check it and there were no sauces in there and no condiments at all that I had asked for. I got out of my car and walked back to the window and knocked on it once she opened it I asked her for my sweet and sour sauce and the ketchup I had asked for, when she gave me and at that point I heard the manager in the background saying if she doesn't leave I'm going to call the police. I was so disgusted at that point that I got my car and left and let them keep the $5, I'll never return

My child is on the spectrum. I asked for fries with no salt every time and this time they put extra salt. The receipt on the bag say no salt as well. This is one of the few things he will eat, this is the only reason I keep coming back. I have called multiple times so I could get a new order of fries but no one will answer. In my opinion they did it on my purpose.
