  This location needs to update its hours of service. More than once they have claimed to be closed or not operating when they are 24hrs. If the staff doesn’t want to work those late hours then they need to not show up or management needs to make changes. I don’t want to place an order through the app just to it be able to receive it because the claim they are closed at 10 pm or are too busy doing whatever to be bothered with customer until the morning.

  Don’t go eat from this place because who know what the put in their food the food is uncooked thought The service is horrible and you have to wait for a long time. I gave him chances that oh maybe sometimes people have bad day because we all have jobs. The service is horrible people that work there are super rude and then it’s not even worth the wait because the food is disgusting is not cooked through. Sometimes there is blood in the food and then The people that work there are just rude especially the people that work there all night if you come for bricks fist, the machine, the ice cream machine is always broken. The hot chocolate machine is always broken and they’re so rude for what like you don’t want customers like I thought yeah open for business but like I don’t know who’s running this, but they need to Step up or put a camera because your staff are very rude and the food is not great so if the food is not great, at least have people that are respectful and nice enough to keep customers because I will not eat from this place ever again in my life because I don’t think it’s safe to eat here I think It’s dangerous because they’re ruining the food so like who knows what they even put in the food

  I genuinely hesitate to keep giving this location chances, but tonight was the final straw. I live in the area and visit from time to time, including tonight around 11:45 PM. Every single visit I clearly request my food to be cooked to order. Every single time I’m told the same line: “Everything at night is cooked to order.” Yet the food I receive is consistently cold. Last night I asked for fresh fries cooked on the spot, and what I received was a batch so excessively salty it felt intentional — simply because I dared to request them properly made. That is unacceptable for any McDonald’s, let alone one in this area. At this point, the service has become predictable in the worst way. This is, without exaggeration, the worst McDonald’s in the area, and it seriously needs management attention.
