  Come to the same location every single day they left off one of my items in my order I come the next day to pick it up and I’m told because I didn’t ask for the receipt yesterday they can’t give me my item. Never coming again

  We descended with a bus full of kids and they did an exceptional job. They were calm, polite and exceedingly fast, despite dealing with a power outage. Crystal went above and beyond.

  I came to buy food for my wife and a friend today, Wednesday the 18th at 8:00 p.m. As part of my order, I always buy my drinks (Coca-Cola and sweet lemonade). I have always been given refills because I eat inside the restaurant and I am purchasing there. However, today the manager refused to give me a refill for my drinks. She was very rude. I definitely prefer to spend my money somewhere else where they provide good customer service and respect the policies that the establishment itself sets. Vine a comprar comida para mi esposa y un amigo hoy miércoles 18 a las 8 de la noche, dentro de mi pedido siempre e comprado mis bebidas (coca-cola y limonada dulce) siempre me habían dado el refills porque como dentro del restarurante y estoy comprando en el restaurante, pero hoy la manager me negó el refill de mis bebidas, fue muy grosera, definitivamente prefiero gastar mi dinero en otro lugar que si tengan una buena atención y respeten las normas que el establecimiento mismo coloca.

  Got a basket of fries plus a large fry and caramel frappe. Paid $14. The fries were lukewarm and mushy. I'm old enough to remember when McDs had good crispy fries and served hot.
