  Please give the sweet latina lady working the check out counter tonight at 7:30 pm a raise! The McDonalds app messed up my order and payment and she was kind enough to correct it and get me what I needed! Very grateful ☺️☺️

  We visited this location with a party of six and decided to dine in with the kids. From start to finish, the experience was phenomenal. The customer service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The food was fresh, hot, and prepared exactly as ordered, which made a big difference. Nick and his team brought an energy that elevated the entire atmosphere. Their professionalism, courtesy, and positive attitude truly stood out. It honestly did not feel like a typical fast-food experience it felt organized, intentional, and customer-focused. This team represents the brand exceptionally well. The level of service and leadership displayed is absolutely raise worthy. I appreciate the care and effort shown to my family and will definitely return.

  I usually go through the drive through for beverages mostly and I must say their Sweet Southern Tea is the best,the very best and their sodas,are bubbly most of the time with good carbonation.The location is also good. Usually the person in the first window taking orders and money is polite..and the ones who hand out the food at the second window are the same as well. As with any fast food restaurant they need to be consistent with handing the order out by asking the customer is this your order..and a nice greeting is always good and that also goes for the customers reciprocating as well..One note..I would keep an eye out or awareness of persons going behind the bushes that are behind the dumpsters next to the light rail wall. I Observed a guy go back there today and he did not exit for a while..so I surmise many things could have taken place ..a tryst,? a nap,? or number 1?or 2?.He came out and went back in the restaurant.People are in dire straights these days but perhaps a trash can or wet wipes stand can be placed nearby.
