Went to the website to contact the store but they did not give me a receipt and cannot even submit a comment without the store number which is not available on their website and cannot call so not sure how to get this resolved without ANOTHER drive to the store which I said is nearly impossible due to traffic. No win situation.

If you order a McFlurry, it will not be mixed and they do not pay attention to the actual items added. It took them 4 attempts to make a McFlurry with Oreos, M&Ms, and hot fudge. It is listed on the receipt that is printed at the kiosk and on the order receipt. Very poor service, but I would not expect any less from a McDonalds franchisee.
