    Just ordered through the drive through, got home and they did not get my order correct. Holidays traffic is too heavy to drive back over but I have tried to call the store multiple times and they are not even accepting phone calls. Went to the website to contact the store but they did not give me a receipt and cannot even submit a comment without the store number which is not available on their website and cannot call so not sure how to get this resolved without ANOTHER drive to the store which I said is nearly impossible due to traffic. No win situation.

    Staff will argue and roll their eyes at you for requesting your food the way it was ordered. If you order a McFlurry, it will not be mixed and they do not pay attention to the actual items added. It took them 4 attempts to make a McFlurry with Oreos, M&Ms, and hot fudge. It is listed on the receipt that is printed at the kiosk and on the order receipt. Very poor service, but I would not expect any less from a McDonalds franchisee.

    Most polite employees we have come across at a McDonald's in a long time. We got there late around 9pm, and every employee we interacted with was polite and courteous. Will definitely frequent this location from now on.

    The worst McDonald's on this side of town!!! They do not complete orders and at least an hr before closing they withhold service. Management let's get it together!!

    This store refuses their own advertised deals displayed on their menu. From the attached photos, they offer a McRib bundle meal. However, their employees refused acknowledgement of the deal. This is false advertising
