- CPC Passmore2 days ago1.0Went 1105 pm 3/1 for pickup. Went to the side door and it locked. Went to drive thru. Employee said come inside. I told him the door was locked. He said it wasn't. I said yes it was. He said go to the front Its not locked. I said are you sure? He said yes. So I go to the door in the front. LOCKED. I got in the car and left!!

He was not causing any problems, yet the manager treated him disrespectfully, told him to leave, and even threatened to call the police on him. She followed him outside and she was recording him. He is a minor and was waiting for his ride after ordering food. This situation was unnecessary and very disappointing. I hope management addresses how young customers are treated at this location.
