This has to be one of the worst McDonald's in Charlotte. Even though they have automatic order taking they still get the orders wrong and take too long to get the orders to you. I've been to this McDonald's quite a few times and never had my order brought out to me correct or in a timely manner. This is the McDonald's in University City area I don't recommend this McDonald's go somewhere else don't go to this one.

Let me start by saying i am not one to play with my food or people food . Working in the culinary Industry this is a big no the chicken is still raw and this is why we have thermometers for this reason there no reason I had to wait over 40 minutes to get my food and it is still raw this is unprofessional and ridiculous not only did I bite into this and consumed it I wouldn’t had known unless I put my flash on because it tasted wrong. Do not eat here and check reviews before you do

Worst McDonalds ever. Person taking order has headphones in couldn't get the order right. Kept asking me to repeat myself. Get to the window everything is incorrect. Manager refused to give me what I ordered instead told me I would have to park in come in. They were out of napkins and utensils. Spent about 25 minutes in drive through. Poorly run franchise

They must have a time limit for the drive thru because I couldn't even complete my order without being rushed. Order a fish sandwich had to wait fifteen minutes for it only for it not to be done!!! This location is Horrible!!! Not to mention the fact that the fish Sandw looks like it should be in a kids meal !!!!

As a Doordasher the over night crew honestly is the worst.
1. they’re rude and don’t care
2. When they hand out a DoorDash order they say the name of the order instead of asking for the name anyone can just say yes to the food. My order was taken and I had to cancel, wasted my time and Money.
3. When doordashing the app Clearly says use the drive thru to pick up the order so don’t get an attitude with me when I do just that?
