Kids in the kitchen are like baby chickens, scrambling for drive thru orders, fatigue lady skips entire line to complain about one of her sandwiches. Rest of us waiting. Kids walking past register not even looking at it to finish invoicing in-store customers. 3 of us walked out, unpaid food in the computer quie. Good luck McD.

- KWKassius WilsonOct 28, 20251.0they have never ONCE gotten my order right. i ordered a bacon mcdouble with extra bacon, mayo, no ketchup, with a large fry, and a large strawberry smoothie. they gave me a bacon mcdouble wit only ONE piece of bacon, no mayo, it js had ketchup n mustard which i asked for no ketchup. they gave me a kids fry, and a medium pineapple smoothie when i asked for a large strawberry one. this is NOT the first time this has happened. i will NEVER return to this location. i am NOT mclovin it. this location should be CLOSED FOREVER!!!

I came in and ordered a decent amount of food, large Big Mac combo with Dr Pepper, 10pc nugget, filet o fish and a hot fudge sundae. Keep in mind most of these items are a part of the current monopoly promotion. The only item that had included a game piece was my large drink. The fish sandwich nuggets and Big Mac did not have any game pieces on them since they had already been peeled off. When I confronted a store employee about this I got an attitude I got cussed at and lied to by the store employee claiming that is how McDonald’s gives them their boxes . This location should close or change management ASAP
