  I’ve never been to a place where the manager was the rudest one out of all the employees I set for ten minutes waiting on a burger and fries they gave me my drink and then after ten minutes she decided to come tell me to pull forward and sit longer in the rain and wait longer for the food as everyone else got theirs and was in and out for some reason my meal was the hardest to make a number .3 . I wasn’t rude I didn’t say anything but can I just get a refund and I tryed to hand my drink back and she said you could keep your drink. So she hands me back 11 bucks outs of a 20 no change nothing she actually charged me for the drink she told me to keep and I never even touched the drink and instead of having good Costumer service, that’s the move yall made can’t even do basic math and run a restaurant . I drove back through the drive thru so I went for a meal and they took the drink back and still shorted me that’s how petty you are ? What did I do to you that you wanted to ruin my day over a cheese burger you make more then I do for making them and you go out your way to literally rob me as a manager for McDonald’s ????you work for the largest corporation in the world and this the spot light yall want ? Keep the drink and meal and change too? . This is sad because I asked for a refund some people don’t play that pull up and wait even longer game I’ll make sure your corporate office gets this complaint too and they will take it seriously or they can be the next ones out here exposed . Sad man you go that far out your way for what ?you do something nice I write a nice review I know how many people watch them 28k in average on a bad day ……….. by the way look at your reviews ! How many people have to complain here for yall to fix the issues literally read them do the the math your service time is horrible your service is horrible average out the complaints pin point the issue I’m sure your profit margin is Insane you hand out incorrect change twice to me can only imagine what yall do to make them drawers right at the end of the night . Look below at your reviews add them up same issues same fake apologies your mad at me instead of your horribly ran store . Anyone can buy into a franchise now ..

  I placed a mobile order and the restaurant was not busy at all. When I received my sandwich, it had no bread. What happened next was unacceptable. Instead of making a new sandwich, I watched the employee take the same meat from that sandwich and turn it into a different sandwich with egg and cheese. I told her that was not what I ordered, and she simply took the cheese off in front of me and tried to pass it back. I explained clearly that I have a serious allergy and that this was unsafe and poor food handling practice. I left without receiving anything and without a refund, yet they still kept my $6. This is a basic food safety issue, not a preference issue. Completely unacceptable experience. Never again.

  40 minutes after going through the drive through and having to park, we still got both sandwiches that were incorrect and hot coffee that tastes like water. This McDonald's needs some motivation to work together as a team to get orders correct in the future for better business.
