This is my mothers and I second visit in about 6 months and both times he was courteous, dressed professionally and greeted us with a smile and ensured our food was correct! I spoke to a supervisor and she said they were instructed by management NOT to fill a cup of beverage up to the top, when a customer ordered no ice. SMDH! I have heard a lot of crazy stuff, but this right here is straight up robbery. They charged me $2.49 for 3/4 of a large tea. I quit eating at McDonald's years ago and only have been getting their tea. That stops today. I will never visit a McDonald's again. As much money as they are making, they are going to steal 2-3 ounces of tea from me?? DONE!!

Their facial expressions and overall attitude made it clear that customer service was not a priority
