One employee directly treated my daughter and I disrespectfully, while other employees just watched. And we only went through the drive thru. Had to pull forward and wait because our DRINKS weren't ready. It was pouring rain so I called inside and told them I'd drive back around so they didn't have to come outside in the rain. The lady I spoke to was very thankful and told the team. But they either didn't like it or didn't get it because she said, "She's doing y'all a favor!" as I hung up. The second time through is when a young girl stood behind the window and just mean mugged me and daughter for a solid minute. Then opened the window and screamed to turn my wipers. I did and apologized but it was too late she had slammed the window shut and went right back to starting at us. Finally she handed us our drinks, Carmel macchiato and a slushie thing that cost almost $8 together, half empty and both wrong. I asked about the half empty drink and she said, "That's the amount" and slammed the door again. I did send an email and the manger did reach out and offer to remake the drinks for free next time, but I don't live anywhere near there so........
