  I don't blame the employees here per se, but this was the final straw at this location. Drove up at 9:50pm, guy says "be with you in a few minutes" the disappears for 20 minutes with no update. I ended up driving away and so did many other waiting in line. Odds are they are severely understaffed, so this is on the manager for not staffing this location appropriately. But sitting in line at McDonald's for almost 30 mins just to give my order is absolutely unacceptable.

  This mcdonald's on W sugar creek it's always very busy the drive through. It's very tight.

  Ringing the bell, waiting, multiple dashers out here at the door. It’s 21 degrees outside and I can see the food that needs to be delivered sitting right in my face. This is unacceptable. And to be honest quite unprofessional and rude! I mean are they inside waiting for there to be 20 orders on the counter. Just bring the food to the door jeez!
