    Customer service is horrible. I came at 11:10 on December 28th, 2025 and was treated very poorly. The girl at the 2nd window was very rude and dismissive. She was short, had a brown wig, and wears glasses. Anyway, I asked if the order number was on the bag (The lady that ordered it asked for it). She said “yep” and proceeds to slam the window in my face, walking away. She’s lucky I had to go deliver the order because I definitely would’ve let her have it. I understand that you get overwhelmed during a rush, but that doesn’t mean treat the guests like they’re bothering you smh. Do better!

    The person working to register this evening at 6:20 p.m. is phenomenal! This is often a thankless job, but her attention to detail, friendliness on a busy and cold Sunday night should be commended. She is, as a business owner or franchisee, exactly what you hope your staff is functioning as well. Bravo!

    I come here often: the line is ALWAYS long, they never properly greet the customer, and i placed an order for pickup instore they said drive-thru only at 7:27am. i have school so this was very inconvenient, if the inside isnt open at least put that on the door or something but to just have the door locked: very unprofessional
