We just tried to go to this McDonald’s on 11/14/25 at 9:00. After standing at the front of the line for 10 min and having the server look at me 3 times WITHOUT asking for my order we walked out. Worst service ever.

Went to mcdonald’s late at night on Halloween to sit in line for over an hour to get to the window to be told we are unable to receive our mobile order that was already confirmed at the speaker that was READY and to pull forward. To be treated at the window by a very rude little girl that said we would not be able to relieve our order due to complications. and no staffing. For one it’s halloween why do you have one employee, also we can see the cleared at the first window , because we sat there for 20 mins say 4 workers on the cameras. The lady could have been a better employee and at that human being but proceeds to slam the window in our face w no idea how to refund the payment with zero help then we realize When the orders had already been completed prior because we had sat there an hour. The lady was shorter with a long light brown ponytail. She needs to learn how to be respectful and shows why she’s the order taker at Mcdonald’s. Do better .
