  The lobby of this McDonald's is supposed to open at 6am. I arrived at 6:30am and the doors were locked. I rang the bell and knocked on the window only to be completely ignored. I even walked to the drive thru window and was again ignored. All I wanted was a seniors coffee which can't be obtained at the drive thru. I won't ever go there again. It's like the employees are mad at YOU because THEY work at McDonald's. I didn't even want to give this place the a star. It's an easy minus 10 stars all day.

  I'm sick and tired of shelling out even more money and getting less product, but shorting people on fries is getting old. I spent the extra money for a medium, but they didn't fill the fry box with a medium order

  Needs a whole new evening crew. No customer service at all. McDonald's needs to bring back timer and training.

  We had went to the thirty and they were going through a thirty minute shift change,I would understand three-five minutes but it shouldn’t take a whole thirty minute wait. Ain’t no one got time for that

  It’s crazy how they open 24 hours but if you want to order before 6 you have to place a Mobil order and pray they get it right. I placed an order at 4:40 am got to the speaker they said pull all the way to the front didn’t even get my receipt after about 4 to 5 mins they bought me have my food I check the bag and by the time I looked up the employee was gone so I had to pull back around to the speaker I watch the car in front of me sit at the speaker so long they said forget it and pulled off. I pulled around to the window because I have already got half my food and didn’t want it to get cold. I get to the window and it’s a ghost town I had to honk my horn about 5 times to get the manager girl with dreads and when I ask for the item I’m missing she tells me to pull around to the front I told her no please get my the item I am missing she hands me the order and said you don’t have to catch an attitude I wonder how much business McDonald is losing because they have 5 to 6 employees in the store and still refusing to take drive thru orders smh and still can’t pack an order right
