I am beyond frustrated with the service we received. Kenya, the store manager, showed absolutely no concern for our complaint. We waited 32 minutes for just 4 pieces of chicken tenders, which is completely unacceptable. There was no communication, no apology, no explanation. Nothing.
If I hadn’t walked inside to ask about our order, we would have been left sitting in the car there indefinitely. That is not how customers should be treated. The lack of urgency, accountability, and basic customer service from a store manager is shocking.
This experience was ridiculous and extremely disappointing. When management doesn’t care, it shows and unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened here.

While taking My great-niece to McDonald’s for her birthday she wanted to play on the table of lights with my daughter and 3 employees were sitting at the table of lights eating their lunch not using the table just in the way. Meanwhile there was no other people eating in the dining room but us and them. So instead of arguing with them or letting the kids go play at the table while they were eating we waited. The kids even had said there’s people at the table and I asked them to wait for them to get done. 30 mins eating there and no one moved more people joined the table. Then I talked with the manager and he said something in Spanish and they didn’t move so we waited and no one moved. So I told the kids it’s ok we’ll leave. Then like a bull dog another manager ran to the door with one of the girls like something was said so I let it be known it was me who had said something and like clock work that little employee left the manager at the door to deal with me. I approached him so he couldn’t say I was yelling at him and I even said that. I explained the kids were waiting and he said the table is for everyone. And then came out his mouth and said they speak English you could have said something to them I let him know it’s not about trying to say they don’t speak English and when the other manag er addressed them in Spanish I didn’t make an issue about that. I told him it was not right that they heard the kids say something about being at the table and that out of respect the kids waited because why would they approach them eating. Then he swear I was yelling and that I had recorded them at the table so I sent someone back to take a picture of them at the table eating. Meanwhile McDonald’s objective for the table says These tables are part of modern, renovated, or "Experience of the Future" restaurants, often installed to enhance the dining experience, particularly for children. The manager was so disrespectful trying to argue with me after I left out the restaurant because the staff wanted to address the situation about me and the kids. I’ll report everything to corporate. Don’t eat here it’s always something at this McDonald’s and so badly they wanted to act like it was a race issue. I wasn’t arguing with anyone I did the right thing however getting trespassed from a place after leaving out of a place was not on my list of things to do for my 6 year old great nieces birthday. This McDonald’s love to fight and argue. I’ve heard the police reports personally.
