    I’ve been sitting in this like since 2:11, it’s is now 3:03 and I can’t leave cause I’m blocked in by other cars. They are literally taking one order at a time make that order all the way out then do the next car. This is terrible. I just want to leave

    I visited your 5635 north tryon street Charlotte NC, location on the evening of 12/01/2025, after placing a mobile order for my family. Upon arrival, I was rudely told to pull to the second window by a staff member with dreadlocks. We waited over 20 minutes, and when our food was finally handed to us, it was tossed into the car without a word — no napkins, no ketchup, no basic courtesy. When we got home, we discovered that all three burgers — mine, my husband’s, and my son’s — were visibly raw inside. I have video evidence and screenshots showing the undercooked patties. These were supposed to be quarter pounders but they tasted nothing like that and were completely inedible. My husband took one bite and immediately felt sick. We threw the food away. This is not just poor service — it’s a serious health risk. I am demanding: A full investigation into this location’s food safety practices Accountability for the staff’s behavior and lack of basic service A formal response from corporate acknowledging this incident If this is not addressed promptly, I will escalate this matter through legal channels. The public deserves safe food and respectful service.
