    The food really isn’t bad but the service is, specially the bald gentleman that works the cash register is extremely rude and has HORRIBLE customer service… do better

    Ordered online, though the pricing was way high, but I had nothing to compare it to. So imagine my surprise when I get to the store to pickup my order and see that the pricing is completely different on the in-store menu board (wayyyy cheaper). One bagel was $0.75 different, while my Nova Lox was $13.98 on the app, but only $9.49 in-store???? When I questioned the cashier about it she said it is an "app upcharge"!!! Ok, so I can understand a small upcharge of maybe $0.25-.50 cents- everyone has to get their grubby hands on a piece of the pie. But to UPCHARGE $5.25 on an order that should have been around $13.50 is ridiculous!!! I will NEVER go back, and BUYER BEWARE!!!!
