  Lucky Lou's checked all the boxes my first experience with them. I was not even present, except by online order. I was trying to take care of a potentially starving 15-year-old French horn player on his way home from rehearsal. Lucky Lou's was on the drive path AND had a great-looking BLT (kid's favorite) on the menu. I ordered for pickup the following night. BUT I forgot to add extra bacon before checkout! So I created a 2nd pickup order for $1.50 of extra bacon. I called the restaurant to explain and ask them to pair the orders, to put the extra bacon on the sandwich in the original order. I told the mom and kid picking up the order(s) my mistake and fix and told them to make sure they have both orders, even though they might/should have been combined in one order. When they went inside to pick up, they did ask if the BLT had extra bacon. The staff wasn't exactly sure what the question was about, so they quickly added another order of extra bacon. Triple bacon! They solved the potential problem in the most satisfying way. I am certain the original included the extra bacon based on the kid's description of his BLT: "So much bacon!" He declared the BLT "Amazing!" His mom thought she might be able to enjoy a little bit of the bacon overage, but she wasn't fast enough. Starvation averted, happy teenager. The mom commented how the vibe in Lucky Lou's was really cool. A true tavern. People sitting, talking, not huge TVs assaulting from every wall. I can't wait to visit myself! Thank you, Lucky Lou's.

  My wife is the one who discovered this little gem. Has karaoke nights, Great staff along with attentive service. Love the diversity within the restaurant and respectful atmosphere.

  Pretty cool spot. It has made a few changes since I've been here. They have a new covered patio in the back. They have a small patio in the front. They have pool, arcade games, and darts. They have TV's inside and outside which seems like a nice place to watch the game. I ordered the chicken tenders, which were delicious. My husband ordered the philly cheesesteak which was delicious as well. They pour a nice drink so no complaints here. Mel took good care of us

  Lucky Lousy Tavern is hands down one of my go-to spots in Charlotte! I always come here for drinks, wings, and football, and they never disappoint. The atmosphere is always lively and welcoming, the staff takes great care of you, and the food is consistently on point. The wings are some of the best around, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Pair that with a cold drink and a game on the big screens, and you can’t ask for a better experience. Whether it’s game day or just a casual night out, Lucky Lousy Tavern always delivers. Mark and Makayla always provide top notch service with a smile

  Worst nachos ever (and most expensive)! Nachos consisted of tortilla chips, burned unseasoned ground beef tossed over the chips, and a tiny bit of queso at the bottom of the platter (not even enough to scoop up with a chip). Lettuce leaves and pico consisting of mostly onion on top, sour cream and an inedible salsa on the side (sweet and pickley at the same time).
