We loved this place the first time we went when it first opened. It’s definitely went downhill. Our waiter couldn’t be more unenthused to be there. Very nonchalant, when taking our order asked ‘what do we want’ and was like the whole time. Our appetizer tasted like it came out of a can, entrees were good, I had ordered lasagna and got a corner piece. The edges was so burnt and overdone, a knife wouldn’t even cut though it. Their pomodoro sauce is very good though.

I had dinner at Leo’s tonight for the first time. The food was fantastic. Everything had such great flavor. The service was great. Our server was attentive and helpful with food recommendations. I would highly recommend this restaurant and will for sure be coming back!

Came to celebrate an early Valentine’s date. We reserved a table and took us over 50 minutes to get a table. Once we get to the table the server took a longer while to come over. Once we got our order placed the food came before the courtesy bread and drinks. I ordered the carbonara which was a paste hard to digest. The paste was not al dente and it was overcooked. We rarely got to see our server coming to the table. Definitely not a good experience.

It really pains me to leave a bad review of Leo’s because it’s the restaurant that my family literally has every birthday at. But unfortunately, I was just there for another birthday celebration, and the entire experience gave me indigestion.
The manager (who was pointed out as being the manager by our server) was standing in front of the open kitchen practically yelling flirtatiously at the chefs the entire time we were there. I am not even exaggerating when I say that I could not hear the music or my own mother who was sitting across from me over the sound of the manager’s creepy questions to the chefs. There is no way she didn’t know that she was basically yelling and that it was echoing throughout the restaurant.
Also, she did not come to our table a single time to address any of the multitude of problems we were having tonight. I feel really bad for our server because he was obviously not trained on how to deal with specific situations, and the manager was not interested in taking responsibility. Kudos to our server, by the way. He was slow to check on us, but he did his best to deal with some problems that weren’t his fault.
We ordered the salmon entree, which we’ve had so many times before and is a favorite, but it came out bone dry and hard. When our server offered to take it back and have it remade (the manager didn’t come this time either), the fish that came out later was less dry, but it was as small and flat as the first time. We are used to being served a thick, premium filet of salmon cooked medium at Leo’s.
What is going on?
I can live with the food being disappointing, since it could’ve been an off day. But that manager shouting at the chefs asking if they would “take home a rooster” or “can I call you this nickname” makes me never, ever want to go dine at Leo’s again.

EDIT:
Leo's has been a longstanding favorite of my parents and I have also enjoyed my several visits. We really enjoyed the spin on some classics Italian favorites as well as their seasonal menu which is always a treat!
Had a small issue with a recent visit and the new manager was very helpful and attentive and really made me feel that they are taking steps to keep the restaurant great! Thankful for the care and good service!
