- AAAshley2 days ago2.0Will not be visiting this location again. I went through the drive thru this morning to pick up a custom dozen and was treated like an annoyance from start to finish. It had been a while since I patronized a Krispy Kreme so I wasn’t aware they no longer sold lemon filled. When I asked for one the woman was very rude about the fact that they didn’t make those anymore. I finished my order and pulled up to the window where I was met with a scowl when I presented cash to cover my purchase. I said “thank you” as she handed over the box and she just looked at me and slammed the window shut. I don’t exactly have high expectations for customer service at fast food joints but this was just over the top rudeness.

The woman working the window seemed irritated from the moment we pulled up. When my wife asked a simple question about our order, the employee rolled her eyes at her, which felt completely unnecessary and disrespectful. We love Krispy Kreme, but this experience really took away from what should have been a quick, pleasant stop. I hope management addresses this so future customers are treated with more courtesy.
