The attitude of the girl working the drive-thru window was terrible, as if it were my fault. I don’t need regular donuts — I need the mini donuts that I’m ordering. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this location at all. The staff here is very rude. I even had to drive to the Matthews location, where the people are always so kind and respectful. I will definitely not be coming back to the Krispy Kreme on Sharon Amity and Randolph, because they never treat customers well and always have a bad attitude. Truly a disappointing experience.

I picked up and the box was sealed, so I was not able to check the order. When I got home the box only contained 1 specialty donut and the rest were substituted for original glazed. I was not told the donuts were out of stock or offered a replacement for the money I spent. If the donuts are not in stock that should be communicated to the customer at pickup! Absolutely unacceptable. I will not return to this location.
