  The place was incredibly clean and well-organized. They allowed me to try every item on their menu before making a purchase, which gave me confidence in my order. I even spoke with the owner, who shared some insights into their cooking process and the freshness of their ingredients. They use no dyes, added preservatives, or MSG, ensuring that all their dishes are made with fresh, clean ingredients. 10/10

  The food is really good! We usually go to another Indian cuisine restaurant and they are great, but I think this place is better for number of reasons. 1, they let you sample what you’re getting before ordering. 2, they are reasonably priced. 3, the owner is super sweet and came to talk to us about how they cook their food and how everything is made fresh with no dyes or preservatives or added salt. 4, the restaurant is clean and bright and you can see what you’re trying with no problem.

  Really, I am very excited for an Indian restaurant here. Though I have a deep and abiding love for Sangnam over toward Lake Norman, this is a different approach. No cloth table clothes, no problem. Select your rice/starch, select a protein, and another protein. Vegetarian options good. I chose goat and paneer, both very good. No bone in the goat, very good meat. Definitely laid back, fast, perfect for work lunches, which is when I was able to get there. Food was on point, service was ideal, I have been watching and waiting for them to open and 100% not disappointed. If I sound like I'm in love, I'm a foodie in love, not a fool in love, a foodie in love. Excellent!

  Clean place, like immaculate, very nice people, and new! One person working the line with even 2 people wanting to taste, means a bit of a wait! I like the tasting concept, but having customers try 5 dishes before they decide, is really just painful for other patrons...and it's very slow with one person working the line. I ordered a 2 curry combo with okra fry and butter chicken. The parota was good, but I'd still prefer a naan option, for both the flavor and, the stability of eating with your hands! Ghee rice was okay. The okay fry was cold, and the butter chicken was too watery and lacked flavor. They do have some other interesting dishes and sides, that lean heavier into Southern Indian, so maybe I just ordered the "token" things that they don't do well. They don't use anything artificial and it's cooked from fresh ingredients, before it sits in a pan, so the service and intent is there. On my visit, everything looked a bit watered down or a little warmed over, and none of it looked piping hot. My dishes specifically, lacked the vibrancy in flavors, the umami, and the richness that I've come to expect from past experiences with Indian cuisine in the US...and the cold bhindi (can't have cold okra from a warming station) was a big downer. Overall, I just don't feel the food here (2.5 to 3 stars). It's not bad...and the price and service were good (4 stars). All added up--> I have to give it a 3.3

  I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely excellent every dish was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. You can really tell that they care about quality and presentation. The service was outstanding as well. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the visit. The reception and welcoming were warm and professional, which made us feel valued from the moment we walked in. The ambiance was beautiful and relaxing, with a great atmosphere that made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Everything from the food to the service to the environment was truly top-notch. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for excellent food, exceptional service, and a wonderful dining atmosphere. Definitely a 5-star experience!
