  I heard about this place on Tik Tok and I was of course curious about it. I tried it for lunch today, the employee who took care of me was helpful and kind. I think it’s nice how you can try what they offer. I got the beef roast and I believe it was the coconut chicken which was amazing that I also got. The lemon rice was also good! I also love the water bar and how you can pick between cold, room temperature, and sparkling water. I agree about this place being an Indian version of Chipotle or Cava. The only thing I don’t like and the reason why I’m giving this place 4 stars is because it’s pretty far from where I live. I hope they expand in the future, it would be nice to have a location in the Charlotte/Concord area. In the meantime it will be a once in a while type place.

  Very delicious and great service. The best part for me was being able to sample items before purchasing. For folks like me that aren't familiar with the food, this was a huge plus. And did I say delicious? :)

  First time won't be the last. Food is great you actually got to sample for tasting and heat tolerance before purchasing. Will definitely be back.

  This spot is a gem. If anyone is looking to try some good Indian food out, this is the place. And I frequent other restaurants that serve Indian cuisine. But what stands out for me is the customer service. I don't like saying that I don't really feel welcomed in some of the other Indian restaurants I frequent. Don't want to name names, because it's the competition. But customer service goes a long way. And I receive that every time I go here. I should have been given them a review. Just haven't been in a couple of months. But went in today and remembered what I been missing. I just like to thank the staff that I've had interactions with. Keep serving up good food and delivering great customer service.

  I did not have a pleasure of dining at Kolapasi (yet), but did order an online gift card which somehow never made it to the intended recipient. I contacted Kolapasi Customer Service and they responded immediately. JC in particular was absolutely amazing. She never once questioned legitimacy of my request or asked whether I misspelled recipients email, but instead completely reassured me that they will track the transaction based on the details i provided and make sure my gift card made it's way to the intended recipient. They did so promptly and JC called to make sure i knew this was re-sent. This level of service is what everyone should strive for in the service industry - professional, courteous, understanding and very efficient. Well done Kolapasi and especially JC. Thank you!
