    Ordered a Turkey Tom online for delivery today, received a call from the store letting me know my order was running late due to some staffing issues, and apologizing for the inconvenience. Order still arrived in a reasonable timeframe, and I really appreciated you taking the time to let me know. Sandwich was great, driver was awesome and great service all around. Thank you!!

    A wonderful person by the name of Chris helped me out today. Super polite and sweet and he made great recommendations for me . Very patient and kind as well . You don’t find that type of of customer service like that these days anymore . Super glad he helped me !

    Anthony is quite amazing and provides outstanding customer care. Service with a smile! Prompt and pleasant. Good eats. Another reason I love Jimmy John's. ps Please bring back the hummus combo :)
