  This location is truly exceptional, and it is entirely because of the people who work here. There are a few young men on the staff who have gone out of their way to make sure I feel safe walking back to my car at night. They never had to do that, and it is not something anyone is required to offer, which is exactly why it meant so much to me. There have been times when the parking lot felt uncomfortable or a little sketchy, and their awareness, kindness, and willingness to look out for someone else speaks volumes about their character. Beyond that, the service here is always wonderful. Everyone is polite, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They make your sandwich exactly how you ask for it, without rushing or acting annoyed, and they take pride in doing their job well. It’s the kind of place where you feel seen and respected as a customer, not just processed through a line. The store itself is always clean, well kept, and inviting, and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. But what really sets this location apart is the atmosphere created by the staff. Their kindness, professionalism, and quiet acts of care make this place feel safe and welcoming in a way that goes beyond just good food. It is rare to find a place where people treat others with that level of respect and consideration. This team deserves real recognition for the environment they create every day.

  The service here is always great, the restaurant is clean, and the atmosphere is friendly. I'm typically very happy with my sandwiches. My only gripe is how much mayo is put on every sandwich that comes with mayo. Who wants globs of mayo dripping from their sandwich when they take a bite? However, I struggle to give less than 5 stars, because the service is always fantastic for this type of quick in-and-out service style of restaurant.

  This is the only Jimmy John’s I will come to for tuna! They make the best! Not over done, just tasty and NOT fishy!

  This place sucks ; the manager was openly celebrating an individuals death which lacks of professionalism and is very disturbing ; on top of that the service here is trash , please do not bother coming to this place. I definitely will not be coming back.

  This Jimmy John’s has gone completely downhill, and I will never spend another dollar here. One of the managers was openly celebrating the death of someone last week, which is beyond disgusting and shows a complete lack of professionalism or basic human decency. On top of that, they create a toxic environment by being mean to employees, dragging politics into the workplace (which customers should never have to hear about), and treating people who walk through the door with rudeness and hostility. The whole atmosphere is nasty, unwelcoming, and flat-out inappropriate. If you value respect, good service, or even just a neutral environment to grab a sandwich, avoid this place at all costs.
