  bsolutely disgusting experience. The manager was slicing meat, then picked up and used her phone, and did not change her gloves before going back to food prep. That is a serious health and sanitation issue and completely unacceptable in a restaurant. On top of that, the employees were very rude and dismissive when interacting with customers. Poor hygiene and poor customer service — I will not be returning.

  Very disappointed with the service at this location. I witnessed an employee spraying cleaning chemicals on a table right next to exposed food, which was extremely concerning. When I ordered my sandwich, I specifically asked for no tomatoes, but they were added anyway. On top of that, the employee slicing the meat was wearing gloves but didnt wash her hands, which made the situation feel even more unsanitary. The manager on duty (black female was rude and did not address any of these issues. Overall, the service and food handling practices were unacceptable, and I won’t be returning.

  This location is truly exceptional, and it is entirely because of the people who work here. There are a few young men on the staff who have gone out of their way to make sure I feel safe walking back to my car at night. They never had to do that, and it is not something anyone is required to offer, which is exactly why it meant so much to me. There have been times when the parking lot felt uncomfortable or a little sketchy, and their awareness, kindness, and willingness to look out for someone else speaks volumes about their character. Beyond that, the service here is always wonderful. Everyone is polite, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They make your sandwich exactly how you ask for it, without rushing or acting annoyed, and they take pride in doing their job well. It’s the kind of place where you feel seen and respected as a customer, not just processed through a line. The store itself is always clean, well kept, and inviting, and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. But what really sets this location apart is the atmosphere created by the staff. Their kindness, professionalism, and quiet acts of care make this place feel safe and welcoming in a way that goes beyond just good food. It is rare to find a place where people treat others with that level of respect and consideration. This team deserves real recognition for the environment they create every day.
