  We go to this location often and always have great service. Tonight was exceptionally great! We were cutting it close to closing time so I called the store to make sure it was ok to order. To my surprise, Cam answered immediately and was so warm, friendly, and accommodating on the phone. I placed the order online and when I got there Cam was packing up my order with the same friendliness and energy as if it was first thing in the morning and not minutes before closing. 10/10 service and absolutely secured the position of favorite JJ location in Charlotte. Cam, you’re the best!

  Good food, pretty good service, but, being 7 months pregnant with no seating or bathrooms was a great inconvenience. I peed a little on myself when I sneezed. Please get a bench or something.

  Do you like repeating your order multiple times just to have it show up wrong? Do you like repeating your CC number over and over? I spelled my name for them, E-L-L-E-N and she asked if I spell that with an “X”. Never again.
