Sub is hard (plastic feeling) every time I order. Won’t be eating there anymore . Also they ran out of bread on a Saturday. How does that happened? Do they not make the bread in house?

I ordered curbside pickup because my left toes are broken. The store was empty. No one was doing anything and they just put my food on the counter they didn’t even make the drink. I was parked directly in front of the store and I saw them look at me point at the chips that they were going to get me and then I waited. Five minutes thinking it’s a toasted sandwich. Maybe they are making it right now and then I realize well this doesn’t usually take this long so when I walked in there, One of the workers were just on their phone, leaning against the counter. I understand if curbside pick up is a lot when it was a busy day, but there was literally nobody in there and they were doing nothing. I ordered my food On September 8th around 5:00. I never had this experience at any Jimmy John’s before.

The service at this store is so good - Will, Zatavia, Grayson were super quick, kind, and made me feel appreciated as a customer. So glad to have this JJ’s in the neighborhood!

10/10 experience, I always come after work at 5 to get my sub and haven’t had a bad sub or any problems (I’ve been coming here 6 months now).
