    Got a sandwich this evening before starting my shift. I walked in the empty store was not greeted, had to wait at least 5 mins before any attention was directed my way, despite the fact that i was the only person in the store. Cashier (pink and black hair/ heavy lashes) was not welcoming and visibly annoyed for what i don’t know. She didn’t even attempt to care that she was at work. My sandwich was almost $10 and i only received two slices of meat and cheese definitely was disappointed by the purchase. She tossed my sandwich over the counter and didn’t even give me a bag for my purchase. The sandwich literally fell in between the glass border and the sandwich making station. Definitely won’t revisit this location. I had to add my own pepper to as well after emphasizing I wanted some on the sandwich

    I don’t know who the girl with the 2 puff ball pig tails black hair but please don’t have her making nobody else sandwiches like how could you not see you left hair on my sub the worst part about it is I couldn’t even call up there bcuz they were closing. The hair was inside the actual sub I just threw back in the bag 🙄

    5 ppl behind the counter. No one else in the store, no other sandwiches being made. 8 minutes for one #9. And none of those minutes were used to cut it in half like I had asked. What happened to freaky fast?

    Surprisingly bad service, if I were the owner I’d be concerned. Placed an online order to pick up, get there 20 min later and the order wasn’t ready. 3 employees seemed under the influence and couldn’t figure out what had happened to the order. Once the order was “located” or probably made since I was there for 10 minutes, the sandwiches were both wrong and missing standard ingredients! Nobody else was in this establishment so I’m very confused how the mark was missed. To sum up: Stale bread, missing ingredients, and a long wait- save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!

    Gentlemen working the register and making subs were great. Woman barking orders telling customers to “stay in their own lanes” today, embarrassing and unprofessional. She needs a lesson in hospitality.
