AND I ORDER ONLINE. what’s the point in ordering ahead when you still have to was 12+ minutes for the food you ordered 30 minutes ago? There has never been a time when my order is ready when I walk in & I always wait 15 minutes after I order. This is insane. I hate to be a negative Nancy, I really do. But this place needs to get its act together. And the excuse that “we are in a transition to add aunt Annie’s” is not valid at this time. The transition period is over.
