The one employee was efficient and kind but there were 9 of is in line and 5 ordered milkshakes, so it took time. When I went to pay it automatically put in an $8.00 tip. I noticed it and changed the amount. I could see that if someone wasn’t paying attention, that could easily be missed. I will not be back to Haagen-Dazs Waverly.
