The two bacon burgers came without bacon, and the one with mushrooms had no mushrooms at all. To make it worse, one burger didn’t even have a patty, just soggy bread with lettuce and tomatoes and the regular burger had only one patty. Clearly, there was no attention to detail when preparing the order. I called the store, and while they did offer a refund, they said I’d have to drive back 25 minutes to get it. That’s not acceptable after such a big mistake. See attached pictures, this was nowhere near the quality or service I expected from 5 Guys.
