Constantly missing items, getting the wrong order, one time recently when I ordered a refresher they gave me a cup of just green tea… the list goes on and on. I don’t often write negative reviews, but I haven’t had a solid experience here in a while. I miss the staff they had before their current group. They always had it right, and on time. Why bother ordering ahead on the app 20min prior when I walk in and it’s nowhere near ready?

Two days in a row experienced exhaggerated delays getting someone to greet me and take my order. There was an employee who deliberately ignored me 2 days in a row. He-she felt it was an inconvenience to step away from the toaster while making food for their personal break while on the clock. Then when they approached and rang up the order it was 3 times what I normally pay, copped an instant additude and got huffy...eyeroll and all when I suggested they get help from a manager. So this person feels it's okay to be paid by DD to make their own food and give a paying customer the brush off... Really?
