  I went in this morning at 6:50 am to pick up a box of 25 munchkins. I paid $9.53 for the box but only received 19 munchkins. The man at the register did not seem interested at all in what he was doing. How hard is it to count to 25? I didn't realize I had to open the box and count my munchkins now!! NOT OK.

  Yikes...I typically really enjoy the coffee and breakfast food at DD, but when your hashbrowns are soaked with oil and soggy cold, during morning rush...what happened? Then when I asked for new ones the crew seemed to think think the hashbrowns were normal, and were good! (Yet they were picking thru the pan as they added them to the bags, looking for the best of the worst?) Then when I managed to get fresh ones, they were still not good! How do you mess this up? Is the oil bad?

  Great customer service but sandwiches are generally hard and seem like they are pre made. The 3 little qtr bacon strips really was disappointing . Definitely not worth $5.

  Strictly only giving 5 stars because of two stellar employees that I feel should be recognized (not that the others weren’t working hard). This location is notorious for lacking from customer service to food quality to speed (but somehow they’re still running). The manager on shift may as well had just stayed home because he was not quarterbacking the team at all. I waited 20 minutes for an online order. 10 minutes in the young lady on sandwiches (mom?) noticed that I had been waiting for a while and came up to me to ask what I was waiting for then gave me an update. A few minutes later the lady (erica) asked me what I was waiting on as well and let me know it was waiting for food. These were the only two acknowledgements given. Plenty of people were walking in to order and no one in the lobby got a greeting, no apology for the wait, nothing. The hospitality alone could turn this place around. People won’t mind a wait if you’re nice about it and you’re constantly communicating. This place needs some new management asap!
