I ordered a simple hot coffee and they gave me a ice coffee, after confronting the woman in front of the counter she gave me an attitude and told me that I ordered a ice coffee and that I was wrong even after showing her the receipt but she still tried to deny it and refused to make me a regular coffee. I just decided to leave the drink there and walked out

First asking for the code to the restroom was met with a sigh and an angry walk towards me to open it. Turns out the restroom was busy and she still yanks on the door handle with the gentleman inside saying someone was in there. Then - we wait quite a while for our order. It comes out, and it’s not correct and when we say it was supposed to be hot - same smug attitude. What a shame.
