My drink is barely warm when it's made and many times if I put in a mobile order, it's still not ready when I arrive no matter how slow they are or what time of day it is. I just hardly order from this location anymore.

Of course pulled up to the window and a worker is on her phone 🙄. Took almost 25 mins to receive a SMALL ICED COFFEE mind you I was the only customer. Ice in the coffee was completely melted when handed to me from sitting so long. Since job that still can’t be done properly.

But I ordered a vinella cream, but I they gave me chocolate cream probably because they couldn't properly hear me due to the music being loud, no resturant should have the music loud enough to where you can know what song is playing. You need to hear your costumers properly.
