- MAMatt AtkinsFeb 13, 20261.0I stopped in to Dunkin' Donuts at the plaza location to order a ice latte and use the restroom but I had to use the restroom on an emergency basis due to my kidneys failing and the staff was very rude about it refusing to let me use the bathroom until I placed an order first but I ordered through the mobile app and I plan on ordering while I use the bathroom but like I said the staff was very rude about it meanwhile I'm disabled with IV lines coming out of my arm I will not be returning back to this location they will never get my money again
