  Drive thru attendant never spoke and when we spoke, attendant was very nasty and rude.

  So I wanna start off by saying that this is not the fault of any of the employees there but I just don’t understand this location at all I came here and asked for the hot chocolate box and I even offered to leave and come back because I know they take a long time to make and then the girl behind the cast register responded by saying no they don’t take long. I can make it and then it seemed like she was confused and then she called her friend over and I went out to my car to turn it off. She then told me that they just don’t do it She doesn’t know why she doesn’t know if it’s all Duncan locations. She has no idea why they don’t do it. They just don’t. That’s extremely frustrating. There’s no reason why management shouldn’t inform employees why they can’t offer services at most other locations have again. This is not the fault of the employee but Moore the fault of whoever owns this chain give your employees a supply as they need to do what they need to do

  The manager at this location is AMAZING!!!! He was training a new employee, correcting other employees for not helping her and all while filling orders! That man needs a raise! 👏🏾💯

  Went there yesterday morning around 9am. Ordered a half and half tea and a caramel latte. Waited a half an hour. The girl working sounded like a robot and kept repeating “we are very busy” but yet people were ordering after us and got the stuff before we even got ours. Worst dunkin I ever been to and I love dunkin. Not going to this location anymore. Don’t waste your time, workers have nasty attitudes and can’t get any orders right. I had to tell her what we ordered cause she wasn’t even looking at the recipes as people were ordering.

  Ordered a cookie butter cold brew and two donuts. They didn’t give me the correct donuts. I ordered less ice, drink was filled with ice. I took a sip, the drink was super, super bitter. I looked at the cold foam (hardly any of it) and it looked greasy/oil and almost rancid looking. Once I got home, I dumped it out. I’ve ordered this drink at the rocky river dunkin several times and love it. This place never gets my order correct and the workers have really bad attitudes.
