The girl working sounded like a robot and kept repeating “we are very busy” but yet people were ordering after us and got the stuff before we even got ours. Worst dunkin I ever been to and I love dunkin. Not going to this location anymore. Don’t waste your time, workers have nasty attitudes and can’t get any orders right. I had to tell her what we ordered cause she wasn’t even looking at the recipes as people were ordering.

I took a sip, the drink was super, super bitter. I looked at the cold foam (hardly any of it) and it looked greasy/oil and almost rancid looking. Once I got home, I dumped it out. I’ve ordered this drink at the rocky river dunkin several times and love it. This place never gets my order correct and the workers have really bad attitudes.
