I asked this morning if I could place an order with the girl working front coffee station and she looked at me like I was inconveniencing her. Her demeanor and lack of concern was below par to say the absolute very least. I left and didn’t order anything. The donuts are not fresh like back home. Also, ordered a black coffee with a shot of espresso the other day and it took 12 minutes to receive my order for a black coffee…eeek. Was also informed that the only way to receive orders you need to order from the kiosk. Ummm what?!!?! How about I don’t want to do that. I would like to place my order to a person and not at a kiosk as I like my order modified and was having trouble with the kiosk. Go somewhere else where the people actually care about you walking into the place of business and aren’t burdened by you!!

They do not have enough staff for the volume. When you do get your order, it is half assed. Always missing something you ordered, coffee is watery without flavor, just a huge disappointment. Today is the last day this location gets any of my hard earned money. The owner should really care more about their business.
