According to your app, the location closes at 8:00 PM, yet when I arrived, the employees told me they were already closed this was one full hour early. When I asked about my order, staff claimed they didn’t know the manager and said they could not issue a refund. I drove an hour to get there, only to be turned away with no help at all. What happened next was even worse: one of the employees who refused to give his name went into the trash, put on a glove, and handed me my receipt as if that was an acceptable solution. They refused to provide names and offered no way for me to get my money back. This was unsanitary, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I expect corporate to address this immediately. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location.
