Dunkin’ at CLT Airport – Atrium Area
Visited: 11/9/25 at 10:15 AM
I had an amazing experience at the Dunkin’ in the atrium area of CLT Airport! I initially tried the Dunkin’ near gate A32, but they were out of ice, so I came here instead—and I’m so glad I did. This location is right after a TSA security checkpoint, so it’s a high-traffic area with a long line, yet Kayla created a sense of calm in the chaos.
Having previously worked in the fast food industry, I can recognize a truly hard worker when I see one—and Kayla is it. She is the most efficient worker I’ve ever seen at any fast food coffee shop, taking drink and donut orders while customers were still in line and having everything ready by the time you got to the register. Her speed, organization, and sense of urgency are remarkable.
On top of that, she answered every customer question about coffee items confidently and without hesitation, showing clear experience and expertise. Dunkin’ needs a Kayla at every location! Kudos to her. 👏

I had NO idea the employee can shut down whenever she feels like it??? I wanted a doughnut to go with the coffer my friend purchased 10 min before. It's now 9:44am in the airport.... on a SUNDAY?!?!? HOW can she just close, then be rude about it??

Definitely not recommended. Especially because of the old lady on counter. She’s so rude. But lady come on i’m just here for my coffee.
She thinks she’s the main character. She thinks dunkin works for her. She thinks I decided to drink coffee just to see her. But coffee was good though. I would call it frustration macchiato with caramel. Jokes apart the lady needs to work on herself she already took so many years just to learn some basic polite conversation still not learning.

Had a flight at 11 am, out of CLT, Stopped at the dunkin by terminal c & it was quite literally the most disgusting show of customer service, the line wasnt terribly long, but the girl that was running the place was the equivalent of a sloth. Had music playing from her phone that was totally inappropriate. It took her so long to complete simple coffee orders, I get up there to order for my daughter and myself, NO hot food, yet the oven was running ( as another customer pointed out and she said she knew it was on) odd okay, then order my daughter a iced coffee, watch her make it with COLD BREW coffee and barely any ice, to then proceed to tell me they had no COLD BREW COLD FOAM coffee, just wow. If i could give zero stars I absolutely would. Dunkin do better hire some employees that put some pep in their step and who treat YOUR PAYING customers as such. Absolutely ridiculous. Also 20$ for a small iced coffee, 10 munkins & a medium refresher good grief.
