I said well that’s professional!! Miserable people shouldn’t work with the public. My coffee was also full of sugar. 2 sips and went into the trash. What a shame.

It is toasted bread with 2 tiny slices of American cheese. This is not a grilled cheese sandwich. You can not charge Dunkin menu prices then not serve the items as depicted in the menu photo and description. Staff were friendly and polite but I would not order food here other than a donut

- NAN AJan 12, 20261.0I have been stuck in the Charlotte airport overnight for several hours, and the Dunkin was closed for all of it, despite being listed as open 24 hours. They did not have any signage or anything showing updated hours outside the store either. They finally opened up at 5:30 am to which I had the worst Dunkin experience of my life. There were two African American ladies who were moving at a snail’s pace the whole time even though there was a line. The lady at the register was very rude to me the whole time and mumbled through the whole encounter. When I asked to use Dunkin rewards, the lady just pointed down at the counter, so I tried to scan my rewards at the scanner. Then she told me she was pointing the paper taped to the counter that said they do not take Dunkin rewards and gift cards, which does not even make sense since they are a part of the chain. The only other time the lady even spoke to me was to ask for a tip. This location seriously needs to work on their customer service skills and training their employees.
