  The food wasn't as tasty as the menu description reads. Also the cheese on the Nachos entree wasn't melted. It's as if they just threw shredded cheese on a mountain of tortilla chips. My guest had a Long Island Iced Tea that was the same color as his glass of ice water. Expectations were truly not met. The Manager; Shane was very accommodating being that we waited 30-45 minutes for our server because it was the middle of shift change. Should've definitely took photos because the food was totally disappointing. And it was my first time there.

  Left Discovery place right across the street looking for lunch, walked in to an almost empty restaurant (2 tables were occupied) greeted by a very friendly hostess, seated right away,but waited a hot minute for service! Nice server that didn’t write our order down so my sub wasn’t made properly, 2 orders were missing bacon and order of wings never got put in! (they were served after everyone was finished eating, removed from bill without us having to ask which was nice, so we got them to go) Beers are like warm, even in a chilled glass :( server mentioned, sometimes that end of the beer wall tends to run warm, Very sad excuse especially if it’s something that could be taken care of Kitchen was running VERY SLOW, it took almost an hour from ordering ?!?! And still an almost empty restaurant so I know for a fact they didn’t have a ton of orders, possibly short staffed which I understand but I’m so sick and tired of paying hundreds of dollars for my family to eat out only for it to suck! Even the child’s small steak sub was so dry he couldn’t eat it. We didn’t mention any of this to the server because he was polite and sorta trying and normally you’re only met with excuses if you complain and it wasn’t worth ruining his day or mine The downstairs Duckworth’s need to send some positive vibes to the upstairs kitchen, but we most likely we will not be back

  A bunch of people lounging, not paying attention to orders. Forget to put things in. Waited an hour for food. The worst customer service. Definitely will not be back.

  Food was decent. No one has ever finished the loaded nachos. They are huge. Probably the best part about this place was that they mix the beers together. Never seen that done anywhere else

  Most of the food is pretty good. The nachos are pretty bad. Atmosphere is a sports bar, so if that’s what you’re looking for you won’t be disappointed. Service wise, subpar. I’ve paid extra to order all flats there three times, and each time I’ve gotten all drumsticks. When I bring this up to the server or bartender they apologize and say they’ll take care of it, and everytime the check comes and the extra charge for all flats is still on there. Plus, the service is generally pretty slow. Often times the waitstaff is just chilling in a booth talking amongst themselves while I’m waiting to order.
