- AHApril H.1 day ago3.0I have to question the 5* reviews here. We went yesterday (11/22) shortly after opening. The food was fine, it tastes good but it’s missing the execution needed to make it worth the cost. It’s 80% there. The reason I question the reviews is because during our entire meal there were at most 15 customers including my party. When I came here to see how others felt about this restaurant and sorted by newest, there were 15 five star reviews in the same timeframe we were there. One of which included a photo of what clearly isn’t this restaurant. Did Dos Caminos thank every single review, they sure did. As for the food. I’m not someone who takes quantity over quality. I understand why some foods cost more. However when you have amazing empanadas in flavor that are still ice cold in the center. Or breakfast burritos that are tough on the bottom from being overcooked. The cost, it’s hard to justify. We’ve been twice. The issues mentioned were 1 year apart. We won’t be back. There are plenty other options that are worth it.

Every dish is perfectly prepared, the portions are generous, and you can tell everything is made with care. The service is incredible — fast, friendly, and always attentive. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it a place you never get tired of returning to. Definitely my go-to spot. Highly recommended!

My son and I ordered two Taco salads (one beef, one chicken) and were barely able to have a few bites. The beef was cold, disturbingly salty and lacked flavor. The chicken was more edible but tasted super bland. Thank God we’d had their chips and queso dip ( it was delicious) before our meal to fill our hungry bellies 🙂.
