  I always love coming here but our waiter Miguel made it even more enjoyable this time around as he always anticipated our needs and checked that we were ok and had everything we needed! He was friendly and respectful.

  I love don Pedro's ive been to thier other location near university many many times , I found out there was another location up the street from me and I had a cold so I ordered take out caldo de sopa and a caldo de res. They made me pay the order through the phone. Which is already strange to me because most of the time I pay for a carry out when I get there. Anyways I get there and the ladies tell me someone else picked my order up. I tell them it wasnt me. And they asked to see my card...like why didnt you ask to see the other person who took my orders card? They ended up remaking it but I could tell they where not happy about it. They made me feel unconfortable by telling me over and over again how strange it was. I let them know that its strange how you didnt check the other person's card but checked mine. They told me they normally dont do that.. hmm welp ill be just going to their other location and never here again. Be careful with your carry out orders here.

  I got the octopus, and the quesabirrea tacos…. Unfortunately… I have never had worse food for a Mexican restaurant ever in my life. The octopus lacked flavor and was chewy as bubblegum. The tacos were twice as hard. The rice was OK Even though it too was also chewy. Overall, very disappointed the food was extremely overcooked and overpriced to be so hard.First and last time going there. There are way better Mexican restaurants in the city. The atmosphere look cool, but I got my order to go and wish to God I’ve never ordered from here in the beginning. Total waste of money. If I could get a negative star, I would give it a -1 out of 5.

  I stopped by this place on my way back from seeing my doctor. I live 35 minutes away, but my doctor is here. Anyway, on my way back, decided to grab something to eat. Saw this place and was torn between going here and the Chinese place next door. Decided to try this place and Oh, My God, such great service. My server was Miguel who was super-welcoming and attentive. I typically don't eat much Mexican food and I need to really take my time with the menu. I was not rushed at all. I ordered steak fajitas which were made very fresh. I felt comfortable and so much at ease. There were several black people there as well, including one man who was very comfortable that he was eating while also on his computer (good sign). Anyway, the food hit the spot and I have such good feelings of this place because of the way I was treated. I think this is a place that welcomes everyone. If I'm ever in the area, I'd stop by. I left the highest tip I could that the machine allowed and I hope more people patronize this place. They know good service.

  This family ran Mexican restaurant in Charlotte North Carolina is the best that I have experienced!! I've had Mexican food from San Diego California and all over our country and no restaurant can compete!! Erika and her family are AMAZING FOLKS & I LOVE THEM ALL!!
