- TCThad CarrollNov 16, 20251.0This Domino’s used to be great but has went way downhill lately. The last 2 times we ordered, it was 1.5 hours before we received our food and it was cold. The pizza was out of the oven in 15 minutes after the order and just sat there for a hour or more. This is not acceptable and can get people sick. I understand if you are super busy and it will take awhile to get the food delivered which is okay but if that is the case don’t cook the food until before you will be able to deliver it. We are paying over $5 for a delivery fee and then a driver’s tip on top of that. We just spent $50 on some cold food. When we complain, we are offered a 20% coupon or a free pizza that has to be used in 7 days. That doesn’t make things right. Because you can’t offer good service, you want me to spend more money at this location, get 20% off and then get cold food again. That makes no sense to me. Very disappointed after giving a second chance only to get the same bad service. We will not be ordering from this Domino’s again. Good luck to those that do.

I called and was on hold for 10 minutes, called using another phone at the same time and that line was answered. I was advised that another would be sent out to me with the correct order. The delivery person came and just dropped it at the front door on the floor. We were right by the door and as soon as she rang the doorbell we opened it within 5 seconds it was already on the floor and her back turned. The order is is missing one of the toppings I ordered. This is my second time of 3 times ordering from this lociand had an issue. The first time I didn't leave review because they apologized and gave me a something for free which I appreciated. I am very disappointed and don't see myself ordering from this location again.

I mean so kind, such great manners, and just a real pleasure to be around. But tonight, the 2 guys working in there this evening 10.11.25, around 11:15 pm, were BEYOND amazing...such kindness, and just going above and beyond! I don't know their names, though I see them regularly. But I just wanted to say thank you SO very much! God bless ya'll! OH, and this store is always SPOTLESS, EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO IN AT NIGHT)
