I ended up having to drive to the store myself to report that I never received my order. When I arrived, they told me they had entered my address incorrectly and had left the pizza at the wrong location. Because of this mistake — and so I wouldn’t lose my money — I had to request that they make me another pizza, and I also asked for a refund of the delivery fee. It’s very frustrating and unfair that a customer has to go to the store to pick up their order due to the store’s own error. This experience was extremely inconvenient and disappointing.

I have to cut my pizza myself. I would be even more mad if they delivered me a cold pizza again. Luckily it was not. The only reason why it has the tiniest slice is because i cut it MYSELF. Thats like the bare minimum of a freaking pizza.
