Definitely won't order Dominos again. I get it- stuff happens, but there's no way to even complain other than this review. :(

I didnt inquire about my order and that was my mistake. I was very patient as i overheard an employee tell another customer that they were extremely busy. when i approached an employee about my order, they scrambled to find it and simply handed it to me. I dont recall them apologizing for their gaffe. I figured that the order would be free given the length of time i waited. No refund and obviously no remorse, probably because they were extremely busy! of course, our food was cold when i got home. my son wound up getting pizza from somewhere else because he was tired of waiting! I've lived in that area for over 30 years and had never ordered from this store. My first time experience was completely unfavorable from beginning to end. I'm sure my experience was the exception to the rule, but I think the staff could have handled it a little better
