  This dominos has been delivering to me for 6 years now, always extremely satisfied, always fast, always friendly, and the drivers have always had great customer service and efficiency.

  DO NOT ORDER from here. Clearly they have issues. Ordered over an hour ago. App said the order is being prepared (confirmation it was received). Called an hour later only to be told, “it’s just going in the oven now”. What a joke. So in the end it will be a 2 hr order, without any communication from Dominoes (at least the Rea Rd location). It’s not gourmet food people ! Spare yourself, terrible customer service.

  Just picked up an online order a few minutes ago. The worker seemed very irritated I was there for some reason. there was rap music playing loudly, and I could barely understand what she was saying when she shouted at me as I walked in. She seemed mad I asked her to repeat herself as I’m hard at hearing to begin with. As I was cashing out, she gave me so much attitude, I asked to double check the sauces because I ordered a handful of different sauces and they were in a bag. She aggressively dumped them out on the counter from the bag they were in and then shoved them back in before I could even fully check the contents. I asked if I could grab a Coke and add it to my order, for some reason that seemed like asking for too much from her. I kept getting a really tight smile and have a nice day in a snippy tone. Awful uncomfortable experience,the atmosphere was super off and the attitude was not necessary. I will not be returning to this Domino’s if that’s how they’re going treat customers.

  have ordered online for pickup from this location multiple times. The app shows that the order will be ready in about 10 minutes, but when I arrive, I end up waiting much longer than that. If the preparation time is not accurate, why not show a realistic waiting time? Customers plan their time based on the information provided in the app, and our time matters.
